This currently fails with a different assertion for me:

ASSERTION FAILED: currentThread() == m_openingThread
(/Users/ap/Safari/OpenSource/WebCore/platform/sql/SQLiteDatabase.h:97 sqlite3*
WebCore::SQLiteDatabase::sqlite3Handle() const)
