The only problem I have with http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php is
that animation of the weather in radar loop mode has not worked for a long
time.

The site no longer crashes upon launch.

This site http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php has been a thorn for a
long time.  We have gone through stretches when loading crashed Webkit, when
animation failed and got fixed, now back to animation not working again.
