Drop down lists in the gtk port do not show the drop down button, This is
because adjustMenuListButtonStyle is not implemented in gtk port.

The fix would be to implement adjustMenuListButtonStyle and paintMenuListButton
in RenderThemeGtk and replicate the code from adjustMenuListStyle and
paintMenuList

will post a patch once this sounds ok
