Well, I tried with the newest WebKit (r49474) and Wordpress 2.6.3 and the flash
upload dialogue didn't work neither. But I think I got a problem with my
Wordpress config or my server. A Wordpress 2.7 installation on a friends'
server worked fine concerning the flash uploader.

So no problem with Webkit :) .
