This bug has been ignored in radar for well over a year, and my request @ radar
for an update have also been ignored. It would be nice to fix this in tandem
with the new shift-reload stuff, as well as other caching changes the WebKit
team has recently been dealing with. Any chance this can get some attention
now? The bug is simply that "must-revalidate" always forces the cache to be
bypassed on Safari, but not on other browsers (FF, IE).
