A very common mistake new Windows developers make when trying to build WebKit
is that they forget to set the WebKitOutputDir shell variable.  When this
happens, they get tons of errors when JavaScriptCoreGenerated and
WebCoreGenerated attempt to build.

This patch mentions the importance of setting this variable, and links to an
MSDN entry on how to do so.
