patch to QWebFrame to get the next focus point given a point and a direction

Added a method to QWebFrame to return the next focus point given a direction
and a point. This function enables directional tab navigation. The details of
the algorithm can be found at http://www.w3.org/TR/WICD/#nav-distance-fkt
