This is also reproducible in Firefox.

The problem here is that the filter blocks all Cmd+key equivalents, so Cmd+V
has no effect (just like Cmd+C or Cmd+A). It is legal for a web application to
override these equivalents, so it's an evangelism bug.

If you have a way to let Microsoft know, please do.
