Summary: Should allow 0 (without units as a time value for
                    durations and delays
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 526+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: cmarrin at apple.com

The CSS spec allows '0' without units for length values. WebKit has extended
this by allowing the same unitless value for angles. It should also allow the
same for time values. A value of '0' should be parsed the same as '0s'.
