Upcoming patch adds WML document type and nodes to WebKit.  It is disabled by
default, but can be enabled with ENABLE(WML).  Should work for Safari (Mac/Win)
and Qt ports at least.  The patch probably has quite some formatting violations
but given the independence of the patch I think that as long as they don't
affect core code, it should go in and then be fixed in SVN.  The patch is large
and impact from changes in SVN is non-trivial.  Work was done by Charles Wei,
Yichao Yin of Torch Mobile, and me.
