I am running the latest webkit trunk under 64-bit linux using the arora browser
and even through webkit seems to recognize the swfdec plugin as being captable
of handling .swf files, instead of the video only a white square is shown.
The plugin works fine in other browsers (tested in firefox)
The swfdec version I'm using is trunk to.

I know that this is not much information, but I'm willing to provide backtraces
or such stuff, as long as somebody tells me what is needed and how I can
produce it :)
