Steps to reproduce

1.  Go to http://www.broad.mit.edu/annotation/genome/tbdb/Chromomap.html
2.  Select one of the genomes as in the radio button column, and a few in the
check box column
3.  Print to pdf

Expected results:

PDF should look the same as the rendered web page.

Actual results:

Flash content is messed up.

I realize this may be Adobe's problem, but thought I should report it here
first.  tested in r35666
