Initial error message when one runs Webkit r3551 gives the following error
message:

This application has failed to start because icuuc38.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

After some tweaks I achieved this instead, but was still unable to load Safari.
Oh and I found 
the left out files on google, so guess no liability can be taken that these are
the actual files that
are supposed to be used. They where not included in the Webkit package I
downloaded form the nightly build.

The procedure entry point ubrk_previous_3_8 could not be located in the dynamic
link library icuuc38.dll
