Hi,
When a user clicks an internal link on a webpage (a link to an anchor within
that page), document location changes, but webkit-gtk embedders are not
notified of that change. 

Therefore, it would be nice to implement
FrameLoaderClient::dispatchDidChangeLocationWithinPage for gtk, so a signal
would be sent to notify location change.
