Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to <http://www.apple.com/imac/features/>.
2) In the address bar, enter javascript:window.resizeTo(1024, 1024)
3) Click the "View the iMac Application Performance Chart" link on the page.

Results:
The performance chart that pops up is positioned such that its bottom is
outside the visible part of the page. In Safari 3.1.1, the chart is positioned
higher, so that it fits in the window without scrolling.
