1. Go to <http://maps.live.com/> and search for Chicago, IL (or some other
large city, we're looking for one with at least a handful of traffic
incidents).
2. Enable the traffic overlay by clicking the "Traffic" link in the map toolbar
3. Hover over the various incidents to display more info about it - it will
appear in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

This is a regression from Safari 3.1.1 (525.17).  It also doesn't happen with
every single fake tooltip thing.  For example, dragging around the map a bit,
may reposition tooltips properly or toggling the traffic at a national level,
before searching for a city, will have the tooltips for the various cities it
highlights positioned correctly.
