I did reply to your email, you asked what should happen, and i said very
clearly: "Those two are mail bugs, they'll need to be filed trough
bugreport.apple.com"

I'm not sure why you are finding it difficult to distinguish between a crash in
webkit being a webkit bug, and a feature of Mail being a Mail bug.

As far as bugreporter goes -- you should just file any bugs or feature requests
you have -- there are people who work out what bug reports are features, which
are bugs, and which are feature requests -- they also track whether they're a
duplicate of an existing issue.  You do not need to worry about finding
duplicates yourself.  Hopefully that resolves any issues you have in the
future.
