Currently it's possible to navigate through links and widgets using tab,
shift-tab and enter. For accessibility and embedded devices it would be useful
to allow the user to move to the link at the left/right/bottom/top of the
current focused link, like on the gecko-based browser on the Nokia N810.

The keys should customisable by the app to allow better integration with hw
keys on embedded devices.
