Err, did you close mail first?

You should close MAil, then the following command:
DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH=/Applications/WebKit.app/Contents/Frameworks/10.5
/Applications/Mail.app/Contents/MacOS/Mail

That should be on one line, and it should start Mail with the webkit framework
included in the nightly.
