Steps to reproduce:

1.  Go to
http://trac.webkit.org/projects/webkit/browser/trunk/LayoutTests/fast/canvas/canvas-bg.html?format=raw
2.  Zoom in or out.

Expected results - size of background image will change according to zoom level

Actual results - size does not change.  As you zoom in more, additional
instances of the background image are seen.

Tested with r32012 on MacOSX 10.5.2
