Loading a new page with the Inspector's Resources panel open and viewing a
resource does not cause that resource to close. You can still see the old
resource from the previous page open in the inspector.

We also need to make sure to remove any hidden resource views for the previous
page. This can also happen when navigating a subframe, but in that case, the
old resources are not removed when they should be.
