After running make distclean, one would expect all build files to be removed,
but a bunch of them are still around:
        DerivedSources/ (and a bunch of files in there)
        WebCore/bindings/js/JSDOMWindowBase.lut.h
        WebCore/bindings/js/JSRGBColor.lut.h
        WebCore/bindings/js/JSXMLHttpRequest.lut.h
        WebCore/bindings/js/JSXSLTProcessor.lut.h
        WebKit/gtk/webkit/webkit-marshal.cpp
        WebKit/gtk/webkit/webkit-marshal.h
