I Steps:
Go to

II Issue:
incorrect border around content.

III Conclusion:
there are two <TD style="BORDER-TOP: #cccccc 1px solid" width="100%"> in the
code. On changing any one with width=100 resolves the issue.

IV Other browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok
Opera9.24: ok

V Nightly tested: 31446
