II Issue:
Overlapping is seen in center column

III Conclusion:
issue: "display: block;" inside the select tag is causing the issue.if I change
it to "display: inline;", the issue is resolved.

IV Other browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: not ok
Opera9.24: not ok

V Nightly tested: 31446
