WebKit-SVN-r24872 (2007-08-05 14:18:55 GMT) included Web Inspector in context
menu.
WebKit-SVN-r25143 (2007-08-19 10:59:31 GMT) didn't have it anymore.

I can't enable it by setting WebKitDeveloperExtras key to true in
Preferences.plist either

I'm not very much into svn, revisions and this kind of stuff but I've looked
into changes made in this timeframe:

and I can see one suspicious entry on 08/17/07:
http://trac.webkit.org/projects/webkit/changeset/25140 with description "Fix

Might be related.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Web Inspector should be enabled in nightlies or at last possible to enable it
in Preferences.plist

WHAT HAPPENS:
It's not possible to enable Web Inspector since r25143
