Tiger displays images in Spotlight

Leopard displays images and other media in Spotlight and Finder

SVG is a popular graphics format

SVG is native to Safari-webkit and renders on Mail-webkit

Browsing SVG files is less than satisfactory unless they are rendered

Users with low literacy, wishing to add SVG symbols to emails will need to be
able to find them.

please find attached just one recent comment on the need for symbols in email.

"The largest single group of pupils with additional support needs
in Scotland are those with moderate/severe learning difficulties (25%), who
are likely to benefit from symbol support."
