The browser window shrinks automatically to a small rectangle when any of the
first page stories on aljazeera.net is viewed. When the window is resized to a
normal view, the tabs only have their top halves shown. When the mouse pointer
is moved on an unselected tab, the tab appears in full, but only its upper half
is active (ie., can be clicked to switch to that tab). Once a tab is clicked
and the page is switched to that tab, the tabs disappear again.

Please note that aljazeera.net is  (unfortunately) IE-centric!
Currently using build 523.6+
