I'm not sure whether to open an new bug report or not. Since this seems to have
turned into a more general "Webkit refresh/reload" bug. I find this behaviour
strange:

1) Load any website that doesn't fit vertically on your monitor (i.e. it
creates a vertical scroll bar).

2) Scroll to the bottom of the page

3) Refresh the page

Why does Webkit jump to the top of the page when a refresh is triggered, only
to jump to the bottom again once completed? The initial jump to the top is
jarring. It would make for a much smoother refresh process if the page position
stayed still and simply refreshed "in place". Perhaps this is technically hard
to achieve?
