I'm not seeing this fixed on TOT that i built yesterday (r25386).  here is a
detailed description of what happens for me:

1) load http://finance.google.com/finance?cid=13756934 -- >the webview is
focused, but no focus ring around the page's search field. 
2) press CMD-L  --> an 'l' is typed into the page's search field and google
provides a dropdown list of possible completions
3) press CMD-L again --> focus moves to the Safari address bar, as expected.  
4) (optional) CMD-R at this point and repeat steps 2 to 3.
