Issue applies to www.livejournal.com. After logging in trying to access an
account that doesn't exist with an underscaore in url, like:

http://lj_hodddd.livejournal.com/ will result in a user facing error of "too
many HTTP redirects" or similar.

Behavior seems to be cookie named 'ljdomsess.lj_hodddd' not being stored
properly, and not being sent with subsequent requests.

At least, that's the information I am aware of as bdash has explained to me.
