* SUMMARY
The annualcreditreport.com web site draws a pop-up menu on its initial page
that is too high on the page.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Safari/WebKit.
2. Go to URL:  https://www.annualcreditreport.com/

* RESULTS
The "Select Your State" pop-up menu is drawn too high.

* REGRESSION
This is not a regression as Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) on Mac OS X 10.4.10 (8R218)
displays it the same way.

Tested with a local debug build of WebKit r27306 with Safari 3 Public Beta v.
3.0.3 (522.12.1) on Mac OS X 10.4.10 (8R218) has the same issue.

Works in Firefox 2.0.0.8 and Opera 9.22 on Mac OS X 10.4.10 (8R218).

Works in MSIE 7 on Windows XP Pro.
