Hello:

Here is the Problem.

I'm a Webdeveloper. I testet one of my Web-project on local apache server. my
apache server runs on port 8888. when i go to "inspect element" an chose the 
treeview and if i chose a element with css style in seperate css file the
stylesheet box on the right side shows a wrong url of the css file. 

i have made a screenshot of this. if you want it tell me a email adress to send
it.
