Create New Bug into Bugzilla link is not opening. Showing an error that "Page
is not found".
steps to be followed.

1.Type url addres http://www.webkit.org in IE browser address
2. Click on left pane link Create New Bug
3. Click on New Bug into Bugzilla link.
