A first attempt at the user agent

This patch provides the operating system, architecture, kernel, language and
application name.

It is currently specific to unix systems, Windows is hardcoded to XP. Further
more the webkit version is still hardcoded to 420+ and the application name
can't be changed (there is no api for this anyway).
