[Webkit-unassigned] [Bug 15509] wmode="transparent" attribute for <embed> doesn't change the cursor from arrow to hand shaped when mouse hovered on a flash image.

This is the version (3.0.3) 522.15.5 . 
Detailed steps:
1.

2.  Mouse hover over 1, 2 numbers under changing graphic below the "Free
Shipping" banner.
3. Notice that the arrow shape cursor is not changing to hand shape.
It changes only after you click on the numbers.
