Text repaint issues when zooming in on yosemite example

WildFox believes this is caused by my fix to bug 15388.  If that's true, it
would suggest that <text> elements don't *quite* have the right repaint rects. 
One side-effect of bug 15388 was that repaint rects were always inflated 1px
for every <g> enclosing an object.  (Meaning it was real easy for your repaint
rect to be off a few pixels and yet you'd still redraw OK.
