Actually, there is documentation here:

I marked the bug as WORKSFORME for the exact same reason.  I think it's because
I've seen far more INVALID bugs that were migrated to Radar, so I think of
INVALID as being synonymous with "moved to Radar".

However, the Fields documentation above describes a "MOVED" resolution which
perfectly describes the "migrated to Radar" case.  Why isn't that available?
