Summary: The architecture for disabling JavaScript could use some
                    consolidation
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 522+ (nightly)
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.4
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: WebCore JavaScript
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: ggaren at apple.com

It seems wrong that a script proxy even exists when JavaScript is disabled. It
also seems wrong that so many individual call sites are responsible for
checking whether JavaScript is enabled. We should fix this.
