The DesMoinesRegister.com web site has a disclaimer at the top of the page
about videos not displaying in Safari:

For Safari users, videos will not display. You'll need to use Firefox. (Click
here to download.)

This is not true for Safari 3 Public Beta v. 3.0.3 (522.12.1) on Mac OS X
10.4.10 (8R218) as I can view the videos just fine.  I also have both Shockwave
Flash 9.0 r19 and Shockwave Flash 9.0 r28 installed as well.

Note that Safari 3 Public Beta for Windows should also be tested.
