The necessary entry points to use WebKitWebSettings are not implemented. We
need to decide if we want to expose settings like this or if we want to adapt
the idea to something more suited for GTK+ developers.

Christian originally raised this question but hasn't yet written up the bug so
I went ahead and did so.
