The page:

http://44clarence.com/photos/index2.xxxx

is currently being served with Content-type: application/xhtml+xml

This has been verified using Firefox 3's Tools > Page Info command, which also
shows it as having UTF-8 encoding and being rendered in Firefox's "Standards
compliance mode".
