Partial reduction

The tar ball contains an html page and four gif images.  The html page is the
output from automated child node and stylesheet rule reductions with a few
tweaks by me to add id attributes and background colors.  (The first stylesheet
in the original page loaded over 1400 rules!)  Haven't tried to reduce it
further by hand.
