Patch implementing the above

- implement WebKitNetworkRequest
- made WebKitPage::navigation-requested a signal
- fix enum name:
  s/WEBKIT_NAVIGATION_REQUEST_RESPONSE/WebkitNavigationRequestResponse/
- emit it when navigation is requested
- in GtkLauncher, connect to WebKitPage::navigation-requested
