Now that the remaining patches have landed, the curl backend name should be
corrected by moving the SVN directory from "network/gdk" to "network/curl" and
updating the appropriate build files.

There is nothing gdk, gtk+, or (hopefully even) Linux-related in the curl
backend anymore and other ports have expressed interest in using it.
