           Summary: Partially obscured vertical scroll bar does not draw
                    properly on page load
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 522+ (nightly)
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.4
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: NeedsReduction, NeedsRadar
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: ddkilzer at webkit.org

* SUMMARY
Loading a particular IEEE survey page with the browser window at just the right
size causes the vertical scroll bar not to be painted properly on a scrollable
<div>.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Safari/WebKit.
2. Load attached webarchive test file.
3. Resize Safari's window so that the vertical scroll bar is partially obscured
both vertically and horizontally.
4. Empty page cache (Cmd-Alt-E).
5. Reload webarchive.

* EXPECTED RESULTS
The vertical scrollbar on the scrollable div should be drawn properly.

* ACTUAL RESULTS
The vertical scrollbar on the scrollable div is either not drawn (until the
page is redrawn), or it's drawn too short.

* REGRESSION
Oddly, this is NOT a regression from shipping Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) on Mac OS X
10.4.9 (8P135)! It behaves the same way.

* NOTES
Reproduced using a local debug build of WebKit r21805 with Safari 2.0.4 (419.3)
on Mac OS X 10.4.9 (8P135).
