This bug is invalid.  The outer float incorrectly does not shrink to fit its
contents in Firefox 2 and WinIE.  This bug has since been fixed in Firefox 3
(if you download Gran Paradiso Alpha 4 you can see that Firefox 3 behaves like
Safari now).
