I am not sure if you can access this page because its my Schwab account opening
page.  Here is what I see.  There is a banner at the top of the page that
starting a few days ago has been rendering far too big with each nightly build
since.  If I knew how to attach a picture I would.

I have not found this characteristic on any other site.

I would like to be more informative.  Unfortunately this is all I know at this
time.
