Can you please repeat the process but with MallocStackLogging=YES set as an
environment variable?  You can do this easily from the Terminal:
MallocStackLogging=YES open -a ~/Desktop/WebKit.app.  This will cause the
`leaks' output to include information showing where the leaked memory was
allocated.
