Click on New Post in the top left

Try placing the caret into the editable region.  Nothing happens.  Resize the
editable region with the drag handle (at its lower left hand corner).  After
doing so, you can place the caret w/o a problem.

Doesn't occur with TinyMCE (which the WordPress team uses), so I'm going to
make this an evangelism issue for now.
