Go to the url, and widen the window - I have a 23" Cinema display, and made the
window as wide as the display (expect for the dock, which is on the right). 
The test in this section overlaps the Phylogenetic Tree of Life picture. 
Tested with r21427.

This is not a regression, as it also happens with shpping Safari.
